When pros review games, they often say "That was a terrible move", even if the move was 95% right. A 1 dan amateur would play at about 80-85% consistently, so 95% is good enough for most of us. Counting black's territory is much harder, as the boundaries aren't so clearly defined, and there's some potential for white to invade; shygost didn't give us an exact number. I think he was trying to make the point that black is a long way behind now--it might be a good time to resign; or otherwise, black needs to do something spectacular to catch up.
